Rob focuses on connecting technical decisions to business outcomes. With 25+ years across startups and complex environments, he’s worked as a developer, architect, leader, and mentor — always with an emphasis on clarity, fundamentals, and sustainable delivery.

Through RB Consulting, Inc. (founded in 2001), Rob helps organizations reduce rework, modernize systems, and make better decisions around architecture, delivery, and AI adoption. Current work centers on AI readiness, technical & process assessments, and building delivery systems that scale without heroics.

Michael Meloche

Co-Founder

Michael began building software on a Commodore VIC-20 more than three decades ago. His background spans sales, education, healthcare, and e-commerce — with a consistent pattern: solve the real problem first, then choose the right tech.

He started Meloche Consulting in 2002 (incorporated in 2014), expanding into software development, e-commerce, and mobile solutions. He’s also created Java bootcamps to help new devs build real competency.
