Welcome to Building Better Developers, the Developer podcast, where we work on getting better step by step professionally and personally. Let's get started. Well, hello and welcome back. We are back into another interview. This is actually a wrap up of our prior one. We're going to continue and wrap up our discussion with Vic Monzo. He is a, as we learned last time, he is a chiropractor or that was really his initial calling, but also is a mindset coach. And we're going to get a lot more into how he developed into this and how he used the same things that he's talked about and the same things that he coaches people on to improve and adjust his business. So we're going to get into some really cool stuff here. It's a really great story. Probably a good time to have pencil and paper. Take a few notes because I think there's some things here that you will want to walk away from and say, hmm, maybe that's something I should think about. So I think I have given you enough of a teaser. Let's go ahead and get back into it. You sort of reset essentially, you know, as you were doing the chiropractic and you were you were in burnout or on your way into burnout. And you said you sort of, you know, you adjust the stuff, you reset, particularly you change around the office and then suddenly and took a cut essentially, but then we're in a better shape a year later and had more free time. What was the, I guess, talk us through a little bit about that process about, was this something where you saw the burnout coming and you were trying to fight it? Was it something where you burned out and you realized you had to make some changes? What was that? How did you do that in your experience and in your specific instance there? Yeah, you know, it was, it's just you get sick and tired of sick and tired, being sick and tired. And I think that's one of the most things where I got tired of being exhausted at the end of the day. Like I should have been, I was like, why am I not energized at the end of the day? I don't get it. Like, why is this happening? You know, there's, there's, there's peaks and valleys, like there's times where I am and then there's times where I'm just like, go to, I got through the day. I made it through, I served a hundred percent, but then I had nothing left and then I'm going home and I had nothing left. I was like, oh, we've got to walk the dog. Oh, here we go. I got to go walk the dog for an hour now and then do this. And these are things I enjoy, but it was like, there was at that point. And so when I did this soul seeking stuff, I started to look at like, okay, what is it? You know, I understood that when there's the word inspire, that means in spirit, which means that when you're in spirit, you have infinite energy because you're inspired and everything that you do from inspiration will contain, continually give you energy. And I was like, I'm not having that happen. There's something I'm missing here. And that's where I started to understand why burnout happens. One of the reasons why burnout happens is we're not living the authentic life that we want or we choose. I shouldn't say want, but we choose. For me, it was my practice. It wasn't authentic to me. You know, I had a coach that told me how to, at the time, like how to grow a very successful practice, but it wasn't in the terms of how I wanted to have chiropractic or teach chiropractic to my community or even create the plans that I did for people. And I started to realize that that wasn't really congruent with me. And when you do something that's not congruent with you, you give up more energy than you normally do. And when we look at that process, this is where I was like, okay, how do I, you know, when it came to be an authentic, I had to really understand what the soul seeking stuff I did, what's really authentic to me. And I started to make the changes from that process to live more authentically to what mattered most to me. And so that was number one. The second thing then became, I started looking at my mind because I understood mindset so well. And I was like, where's my focus been? Like, am I in alignment with my vision? When I was like, well, what's my vision again? I haven't looked at it in a couple of years. So let me go back and look at it. And I realized my vision wasn't where I wanted it to be. And I was like, OK. So I was like, what's my original vision? And I started looking at that and I said, OK, I got to recalibrate this vision to be more of what's my vision for chiropractic and what's my vision for owning my own business? What do I want to achieve? And then I took it even further to my relationships, my health, my mindset and the passions that I had inside that I wanted to create and do. And I started to get in alignment with that and made sure that my actions were all in alignment to those visions and to make sure that everything that I do, everything I say and be, everything I say and do and how I act is how I want to become that future self in those areas. And I would do a lot of visualizations, visualization work and so forth to see myself in that realm. And this was the stuff that all of a sudden, when I was in that environment, when you are in that alignment, it's like you're in a state of inspiration where everything you do is going to keep inspiring you. And I'm a living proof of that. I haven't had burnout since January, February of 2017. And it's been fascinating to do that. Don't get me wrong, I still get stressed. I still have all the other stuff that happens, but I catch it so much faster and I have tools to help me to get back, to get re-centered, to get refocused and to continue that process. Because I'll tell you really quick that when I finally broke that pattern, I said, OK, I'm getting clear with everything. I'll never forget it was January, February 2017. I had a friend of mine, I found that practice near me, started to go to him for care. It was five months later. My back went out like it never did in the entire history of my body ever going out like this, where it lasted me almost eight months. It was really an interesting time, I must say. I almost had to stop practicing because it was that bad. I literally would just like four or five patients in a row go into my exam room. My wife worked in the office with me and I would tell her, she would know. I was like, book the rooms up. I had four rooms in a row. I said, if I get down to the fourth and you don't see me go back to one, know that I'm in the exam room. I'm just, I would have such bad muscle spasms. And being in the work that I do, I knew this was years of cultivation. It wasn't something that just was recent. And it took my body a while because I got out of the burnout mode and I started to slow back down. And it took me a little bit because I'd been in this world for a while. So once I slowed down, then the body goes, okay, this is what you've been doing. Here's the repair. Now we have reserves. Now we can get the work. And sometimes you got to take a step back before you can move forward. That was very, very, it was interesting in that process. It was a very good learning experience and a lot of other things, too. But my back has never been better since, which is also another interesting thing. I'm working out more and harder than I ever have in my entire life right now. And I can challenge myself. I can do things and I'll be perfectly fine where I couldn't. You know, sometimes I have to watch it or monitor even beforehand. I had to watch it or monitor like I could do workouts. But then if I did a little too much, my back would show again signs of burnout. And so these are the these are the processes of what I did. But it's coming back to again, if you own a business, why do you own the business? Get clear with that. What why is what is what is it like? If you got to write down every reason of why you have a business and what do you want to do in that business and how you want to run it and how you want to have it? If you're not living that way now, don't worry. There's sometimes we have to learn our way to get to that point. But if you're not having that business in your life the way you want it, then there you are giving you're giving up energy. You have to give you're forcing yourself to do things and you're trying to persuade yourself because your mind's going to do that. You're going to give yourself all these excuses in the world to justify why you're doing what you're doing. You know, it's part of business is what you have to do. You have to sacrifice. This is what you have to do. I used to say all those things. And it becomes a different perspective because I remember like and one of my coaches saying a new coach ahead of time, he was like, what's your ideal office? What's your ideal week that you want to work? I was like three days a week. It was OK. When we started, I was like, whoa, whoa, whoa. Here comes all my conditioning now. I'm like, what do you mean? I got to take some time. I got to do this. No. When we starting, you're in a business owner, aren't you? I'm like, yeah, he goes, you want to choose your business when you how you want to run it. Right. Yeah. But what about the patients and he goes, no, no, no, no, no, no. How do you want to run your business? He really helped me shift my programming into where I was like, no, choose the business you want. And that's what I started doing. And I started doing that in every facet of my life. And I think that's one of the other reasons why, because I'm living the truth of what matters to me and living the life I want to live and I'm going to do it. And I'm trying to, you know, sometimes you have to figure some stuff out along the way. Life will show you that. But it's it's living authentically and being in alignment with your vision and the actions and who you want to become. Yeah, that's that's an excellent story. A lot of good examples in there. And it reminds me of particularly the checking into your vision. It reminds me of the I guess they call it the telephone game. Basically back, you know, I think kids would do it where you you get a line of people and you'd say a word or say a phrase and then whisper it into one person. They whisper to the next and the next and the next. And by the time you got the end, it was completely unintelligible, had nothing to do with with what you started with. And so we get that even in our vision as you get this, you have this drift. And if you don't check back in on that vision on a regular basis, then the next thing you know, you're like, what am I doing? I'm I'm doing all of this stuff. I don't like it. Don't want to do it. It has nothing to do with where I started. And I think you do have to regularly go back and sort of touch base with that and say, what is it? What's my why? What is my focus? And then for me, a lot of it has been learning what is it that I'm doing. And it's been learning what what I do like. There's things that I thought I was going to like it or people said, yeah, this is what people like you do or whatever it is. There's all these factors that made me think that these things were going to be good. And as I got further into it, I'm like, wait, that doesn't make any sense. Almost the opposite of you're like, well, that doesn't make sense to go to three days a week. But then it does because it's in line with what you want. You're going to be better for those days. Your customers are going to be happy. Your clients can be happy. And that's the thing about it. It's not like we can just magically paint a world and it just suddenly happens. But I think we can get a lot closer to that than most of us think, because we we feel like there's this box that we're in and we've got to do it, do things a certain way, certain time, certain approach with a certain attitude. Otherwise, it's not going to work. And that's just that's not true. There's too many people that have done have gone outside of that box, have done things differently and have been wildly successful doing so. Yeah, I agree with you more. And it's one of the things, again, when we understand everything, everything is like what we give attention to, we give our focus to where our mind goes. That's going to create more of our life. And when you like when I made that first, because I made the first shift 28 hours a week working in my office. And then, of course, I have to work on the business on top. So it's like 50 hours a week. Then I went down to I think it was like 20 hours, 18 hours or something. I went to it first. And then from there, we're like, OK, how come we were now we're getting I was having fun with this. I was like, OK, how much more can I shorten up my hours? And I wasn't looking at it just to shorten hours. I was challenging myself to be more effective as a doctor. What's the most minimum time I need to help be the best doctor for my patients? Because there's only a certain point when you understand a lot of these stuff for a lot of these stuff for states, there's only what's the minimal amount of work to get the greatest gain. It doesn't mean that when you find that minimal time, you can double that time and you're going to get more gain. It doesn't work that way. It's the max gain. And that's it. And so I started to play around with that. And I was like, OK, let's try 14 and a half hours. It just it didn't come out. It just happened to be 14 and a half hours based on we changed our hours. But when we looked at it, it was it was interesting. And I started to notice, I mean, again, we took a hit every time we made a change, finding it from a business standpoint, because, you know, when you change something, especially in chiropractic offices, you make a little change. Patients, some patients are going to be bothered by it. But six months down the road, don't ask me why I was always six months ahead. I've done this three times. It was always six months. We were breaking records in our office, financially, patient volume. And it was one of those things where I kept sitting there and I'm going energy, energy, energy. What's the difference? I hit a better record at 14 and a half hours a week of working than I did at 18. Then I did at 28. And I was like, it's my energy. I'm being more intentful. I'm being forced to be more present time conscious with my patients. I have to be, how do I, you know, soak up, you know, it's totally, I'm only with them for like three minutes. And so I'm like, how do I make that three minutes? Because the adjustment only takes like a minute and a half, but then there's, you know, conversations to see how things are going, follow ups, wherever, especially where they are in care. And it was one of those things that I'm, I was just on my A game. I love those. I get to do what I do. It works for me. I'm in, I'm out. I got to do what I need to do. I can still serve them. I was still be able to, I mean, they got better results too. Go figure that. And so there's a thing about, again, when you come in alignment with what matters most to you, you're going to feel better. And I don't mean that just from physically or mentally, there's an energy presence that zest of life. There's this, it's, it's indescribable. I can call it zest of life, cause that's just what relates the best for me, but it's, it's a feeling. And when you have that feeling, you see it in the world, there are people that are like this, they're very, very successful. And they just have this like kid, like nature in them. And they're so excited about what they do and they love doing it and they can ever stop doing it. We hear about it often, but there's actually a mechanism behind it that at least I figured out for myself. And it's the same thing in coaching and my business and coaching. I like, I joke and say, I want to get the six hour work week. I want to work six hours a week. That's it. That's my, that's my, that's, that's what I'm striving. I'm still trying. I'm spending more time working right now cause I'm trying to figure that out, how to make that a reality. But I know I'm going to get there. It's going to happen. I keep putting my energy towards it. Some people think I'm crazy when I say this, but I'm like, I want to work six hours a week. Then I can have, if I work six hours a week, there is so much I can do with my relationships. I can so much do with other passions and create things I want to do for myself and my life. And there's so much learning I can do. Cause I love learning. It's a big value to me. And so I'm like, there's, I would have so much more time to cultivate doing that stuff. And again, it's the same principles I've been sharing all the time, the Lolly Steffert. What's the minimum amount of work to get the greatest gain possible. And if I can get the maximum gain of what I can do in a 20, 30, 50, 70 hour work week and six hours, man, that is something I'm, I'm, I'm still, I'm still working towards it, but I know eventually I'll get there. Well, and that's the key is that you've, you've set a goal. That's not like, Hey, I'm going to get there next week. I'm not going to get there next month. And it's, you know, why do that? Why say, well, okay, I just, I want to work. You know, why, why sacrifice say, well, okay, I'm just going to settle for 12 hours a week instead of six hours a week. I mean, and yeah, there's like you said, there's, there's work involved. There's investment, there's research. You've got to figure out what, what works for you and how you can make everything fit into that plan. But when you've got a target like that, that's aggressive, it gives you something to work towards. And I guess six months from now, going by your stuff, we'll expect you to say, yep, I got it. Nailed it. It's all well. That's the goal. That's what I'm hoping for. But I love how you brought up the time thing is that something's so critical because I got caught up in time so much in goals and when I should get there. And the way I teach now and when I, the way I run my life and how I teach my clients, I'm like, don't put any times on it. Cause that's your ego. That's your mind. Your mind's trying to dictate the process. You don't know how long it's going to take. You don't know the things you have to go through. You can call it divine timing. You want to use universal law, cause of the law of gestation, which means that everything in the physical world has a timeframe to it. A baby takes nine, 10 months to be born. You know, the sun, you know, we go around the sun, you know, 365 days, there's, there's timeframes to everything. And I call it divine timing because we don't know what is the work you have to go through to become that person to then all of a sudden have that experience. And so I know for this is something where you're kind of like just letting things, you're, I know I'm going to get there. You notice I said, I will get there. I have no idea when, but I know it's going to happen. It will definitely happen and it will be, you know, it's the same thing as like other, other things, other things I have when it comes to vision. I know I'm going to get to the things I have for all my visions. I don't know when it's going to happen. And I really don't care when it does happen. I love to have it sooner if I had a choice. But I know that I have all I can control and all I can focus on is what I do every single day. And as long as I keep my energy, right, keep my energy centered, I stay focused and I keep everything in alignment. It's inevitable. It's going to happen. It's universal laws. This is all this stuff. Quantum physics. We can add that into the mix. It's, it's all those things. It's going to happen in some way, shape or form. Well, that leads actually, because obviously that's your, your mindset. And I want that was what we originally were going to talk a little bit more about it, though we've, we've, I think we've touched on a little bit. And I guess I wanted to sort of start into this a little bit about you. You mentioned the have, do, be trap and, and mental prisons. And I wanted to, I think, explain, expound a little bit upon that and, and particularly with regard to, to mindset and since we've sort of set the table for that now. Yeah. I mean, think about it in life. If you ever hear anyone say like, once I win the lottery and have that money, then I can do this and I can be this person. Or once I, I make, I become a seven figure business owner. Then I can do this and be this. Once I XYZ you, you fill in the blank. Once I have this partner in my life, then I'll have the best, I can do these things in a relationship and then I can be this person that I want to become. And it's back, it's a trap. And the reason why it's a trap is because the universe doesn't work that way. And quantum physics has proven this in many ways. Quantum physics has come around to show that everything in this entire physical universe is made out of energy. Now in their world, they call it quanta, but it's, it's one of the things that now, what does energy, right? What does that mean? Well, energy is a vibration. It's a frequency. It's a consciousness level. These are different terms that you can use for it. And what that means is that when you look at gold and you look at lead, now some people argue and say the molecular structure of those two are different. And that's why they show up differently in the physical realm, which is 100% true. There is no argument to that. I agree 100%. That's the science. That's true. Quantum physics has come around and said, that is true, but what is even deeper of a truth, it's the vibration of where they are. So the vibration of gold represents gold rearranges the molecules into the structure that it is to give its physical properties and appearance just because of the energy and the vibration or the consciousness level. Again, different terms. You can use which one you like. The same thing is for lead. It's just the energy of where it's vibrating. It's a different one. Now for some people who think this is a little out there in a little woo woo, even though I'm using quantum physics to prove it, there's another form called semantics C Y M A T I C. Semantics. Yeah. And you can Google this on YouTube, or you can look it up on YouTube. And what this is is they put sand particles of sand on this vibration plate. And all they do to the vibration is they change the hurts, the frequencies of it. And what ends up happening is this sand will restructure itself in different, sacred geometry geometrical structures. You change the frequency. It changes again. You change it again. It changes again. It's the same thing. It's the most coolest thing. In my opinion, I get really excited about this. And this is the construct when it comes to life, everything is vibration first. That's being, you have to be the person you want to become first. So if you heard me talk a little bit about, like I said, your future self, paying attention to who you want to become in that future, who does that person, who's that person being like? How do they move? How do they think? How do, what are they focusing on? This is the being element of who they are. What emotions do they give to? Are they focusing on the legative, the lack? Are they angry, frustrated, annoyed, or they've just, are they doing the things that they love and they're blissful and all that. That changes our energy and so much more. And to get a little more science to this, your thoughts are electrical and your emotions are magnetic. When you put those two together, that's an electromagnetic field. That's going to now all of a sudden attract things into your life or what you want. That's a whole nother conversation, but the be do have, I want to make sure I stay on this point is that when you become that person, you're being that millionaire that you want to become seven, eight, nine figure business or whatever that is that you're seeking for. When you become that person, then all of a sudden you will start to, by the law of inspired action, we'll start to do the things that that person, that seven, eight, nine figure person does, whatever that is, how they act and how they be, and how they're acting and what they're doing. And then from that process, you will eventually have whatever it is that you seek. It's inevitable. It will happen. It's energy. Cause everything comes from energy first. You have to understand the quantum physics world has proved what it is. It's just quantum world is just the invisible world that gives us the physical world. And so understanding the invisible world that we can't see and how it works, which is all energy at the end of the day, science has proven this, which is not only science has proven, there's people five, 7,000 years ago that have talked about this. It's amazing. When I, when I've used to do this research, I was blown away at how they knew these things, but science is coming around and prove that that everything's made up of energy and that the energy of where we are from a being perspective is going to then all of a sudden help us align to more of what we want to do. So when we start doing the things from that alignment, we'll be successful. An example is like this. You ever meet someone, you know, someone, no matter what they do, they're just successful in it. They've, they invest in a stock that looked like it was going to be horrible. And it all of a sudden turns around and two months later it's splitting and they're just, everything they do is like, they're just, it's success. And then you try to mimic everything they do and you fail horribly at it. Is it because you missed the timing or you're missing the clues? It's a being element because if someone who has a being element of being successful mentally, when it's successful, let's say financially, everything they do is an alignment to that. And they're going to have it because they're from that element of being where if someone who does follows the same exact thing, does everything the same, same steps follows the processes to do all that. And they don't get the same results. It's not a doing issue. It's a being issue because once you correct that, everything else goes around. And that's something that I look at again, I'm sharing this, but I actually, I went through that multiple times in my own business because when I took that 40% hit, this is when I was first testing it. I was like, okay, I'm going to change the office around. And now if I'm truly, from where my financial peak was, if I'm going to come from that being place, but I'm going to do things a little differently, I'm not going to force, I'm going to allow. And it was amazing how fast things came back to me and so forth. So that's the trap that when we catch ourselves doing this, and I still do this from time to time, I still have some condition this way. Most of us are is understanding that to give you some actions with this is focus on that future self of who that person is that you want to become. What does it look like? How do they think? How do they be? How they, how well emotions are they given to? What are the thoughts that they allow to accept in their life or at that moment? And then start acting like that person. Now be that person now. And what will happen is you will start to change your energy around. And again, the timing is irrelevant. It's going to happen as long as you keep doing the work and you go ahead and you keep doing that. And all of a sudden you'll start to, then you start to look at the doing side. And when I tell, what I teach my clients is don't focus on what you need to do. The law of inspired action will come in, which means that you will be inspired to take action that aligns to what you want to have. That will align you to have that life, to align you to get to that, that vision, that goal, whatever that is, it will come to you. You'll know it. You can't, you can't miss it. It will show up. You just have to know, have trust in this process because it's all energy at the end of the day. And this relates to the law of vibration, which is a whole nother thing, but very similar to what we kind of just talked about right now. Yeah. And that's great how that, that does, as I'm listening to that, that explanation, because one of the things that I think that we, we run into, that's a challenge in modern society, particularly, you know, Western society is we, we witness other people, but we don't really know much about them. So we'll see somebody and we'll say, Oh, that, like you said, like that person, you know, they've just, they've got the Midas touch. They touch everything. It turns to gold, but because we don't, we just see them. And then we have this sort of vision of how they got there. And it's not, it's often not correct. We miss a lot of things. It was very different when you go into a, like a coaching or a mentor situation where now you've got somebody that they're like, Hey, I want to emulate that person. I want their, you know, their success in some way, form or fashion. And they've done it. And now instead of me just guessing, they're saying, Hey, here's some things that you can do. Here's some of the things that make up that kind of a person. So it's not just the same that you're not just dressing for success, but you're also doing some things that's like, Hey, these, these are actions, these kinds of people take. And so now you're just, you're doing, you're, you're starting to get that doing part of it. And then like you said, I think it does, there's like a momentum to it so that you get to a point where now, you know, initially maybe you're, you know, you're, it's more, you're, you're taught and sort of spoon fed a little bit like, Hey, here's some things you need to think about. Here's how you need to be to be this kind of person you want to be. But then you start getting a point, you start doing that. You're like, Oh yeah, I should do this. I should do that. And those things start to come to you. And now it becomes much more natural and much more just that that's that flow of your life, because you've just, you've taken those steps and now things are sort of driving you towards that. And as long as you continue with that focus, I think you do get those, that's where you suddenly now it's like, Oh yeah, this stuff that I used to have to really work at. And I used to really have to think about they're just, they're just part of who I am. Well, 100%. And that's what I talk a lot about having effortless success, which in the business world, it's amazing how much kickback I get with that of like that's neck oil. Nothing's effortless. You know, you don't sit around and everything's going to happen. And I'm like, well, I'm like, you obviously don't understand the meaning of effortless. Maybe we have to clarify what definitions are here, what it means to me, but it's what you're sharing. But like, you don't have to think, you don't have to worry about what your next step is. Imagine you're running your business and you never have to worry about like, I have to figure this out or figure that out. It's just going to come to you. The ideas are going to come. The circumstances are going to come. The joint ventures are going to come. I mean, and I'm, and I'm not saying this as like hokey pokey man, woo stuff. I literally, when I let go in 2017, I let go of all my expectations and said, I just need to focus on energy because energy is the only thing that exists. And as long as I can shift my energy and keep it where it needs to be from emotions and thoughts and focus and all that, then all of a sudden everything's going to align. And it'd be fascinating on how the partnerships came. I meet someone and all of a sudden a partnership comes out of it. And I'm like, cool. Thanks universe. Thanks God. Thanks. Whatever. I'm like, that is, all right, we're in alignment. I'm getting the feedback system from life, telling me I'm in alignment. And then all of a sudden I have another person come, I mean, I have a client right now. I got a phone with before we came on this podcast and she was like, I had three people call one, one work out of my space or rented. And I'm like, cool. And that's gonna almost cover half her rent. And I was like, out of nowhere. And she's just like this, she's known me for over a year. She gets this. She knows this. She's just like, it's just, it's funny because I know when I'm not, when I'm not seeing things in alignment to where I want it to be, I know my energy is not right. And I have to correct that. And I'm just like, this is awesome. But it is those, like I always tell people, when you're in the law of vibration is what I was sharing a little earlier, is that it's the law of vibration states. You can't experience anything except whatever you're vibrating at. And so when you do vibrate to be that seven figure, eight figure, or whatever that may be, the, the, what's going to happen is a lot of attraction kicks in and states that what's, you're going to attract the ideas, the people, the circumstances or even the situations to help you along in your vision, to help you achieve that and get to that point. Yeah, that's, I guess, before we move on, that was, I do find those, those vibration things, just, they are fascinating. You just, you know, they'll, and you can see videos of them where they've just, it is, it's just a, it's just like a table. Basically you throw some sand or particles there and you start moving around and it's changing the vibrations, changes, some really cool formations that it really is. It's one of those things that you can, it's like a, a, not a lava lamp, but it's just like one of those, like one of those stereo grand pictures or something that you just start watching. It's just, it is fascinating how that, how everything just starts to align with that. But I do want to, I don't want to drain you too much and use, especially cause we're, you know, we're getting towards that hour. We don't want to, we want to get, get to past and get into our fatigue point. So I'd want to respect your time. But before we leave, I do want to ask what is, cause you brought a lot of, of great points up. So what would be somewhat like, I guess really what would be the best way or some of the best ways for somebody to get ahold of you if they said, Hey, I love this guy. This is great. I want to get to know more about him and hear what he has to say. The easiest way is my website, empower your reality.com. That's the easiest to get connected with me. If you resonate with what I've been talking about and you're like, man, I love to learn more and possibly work together. I do a free breakthrough call for serious inquiries that want to make that change in their life and to really achieve their dreams and, you know, work through some things that are showing up, but kind of the stuff that we talked about from a mindset perspective to create those shifts to overcome burnout, but more importantly to attract and have a more success in a more effortless way. So the websites there, you can catch me on social media there. I have everything. It's my hub for everything, my podcast and books and so forth. Excellent. Good. A one stop shop for everything. Victor. Exactly. Makes it easier, right? That's how I try to keep things as simple as possible. There you go. Yeah, that's the easiest way. You can't get to six hours a week without simplifying some stuff along the way. You definitely have to have some good systems and stuff in place. Well, I want to thank you for your time. I hope you have a good day and rest your week and thanks a whole lot. Hopefully we'll keep in touch and we'll run into you again sometime soon. Thanks for having me on brother. This was a lot of fun. I really enjoyed the conversation and the dialogue. Excellent. Thank you. You have a good one. And that wraps it up. If you have listened to this in the prior episode and you're not quite questioning maybe your approach, particularly if you're a business owner and thinking maybe I should reset or review or reassess where I'm at, where I want to be and maybe some things I can do to get there. And like his coach, even I just are like, OK, when are you going to start? I think, yes, you're going to have to invest some amount of time. Like he said, it sort of six months is his magic number. Yours may be different. Could be three, could be nine, could be a year. Who really knows? But you will know if you try this a few times, you'll start to see that particularly your business, your approach, your industry, there's going to be bacon times. And I have a feeling that you will find the same thing. Vic did is that there's a natural sort of rhythm to things and that you will get into it. And after you do it the first time or two, you'll start to realize that, be able to set your expectations. If I do this, it's going to take me X amount of time to see the benefits of it. And it does sound like you will see the benefits. Of course, the key to all this is starting with that, that positive, energy filled attitude is looking at things and saying, all right, I'm going to do this the best that I can. I'm going to do this in a way that makes me feel fulfilled when I'm done with it. But as always, there's going to be links in the show notes. You can reach out to Vic if you want to talk with him more, if you want to check out his site, if you want to get in a conversation with him and see if maybe he is a good coach for you. Maybe your mindset's holding your back and somebody like Vic is exactly what you need to break through and take it to that next level. But before that, why don't you go out there and take today out to that next level, go out there and have yourself a great day, a great week, and we will talk to you next time.
