so how
well we do a lot of work and we push the
building but you know becoming a better
developer building better developers
one of the things that we need to do is
stay healthy
you're not going to be as productive if
you are exhausted
or
ill in some way or just you know if your
diet is just not very good
and so
health is key and plus
it feels really bad you're not going to
live as long so i guarantee you're not
going to get as much done if you you
know have less days to do man
that may seem a little morbid but
unfortunately it's part of the truth
so maybe in the year and maybe you've
put on weight in the last year
particularly
there's a lot of people that gain covet
weight if you look about the last couple
years in specific
because people were you know sitting
around not as active
maybe it's time to make some changes
so maybe you decide that it's time to do
you know maybe some some regular sit-ups
or push-ups or join a gym
or
you know go for a walk or a run or swim
or
things like that
to get your you know get the blood
flowing get some endorphins running get
your body just feeling a little bit
better
another way a big impact on that stuff
is diet and food maybe
now's the time to look at things like
how much
sugar you consume or caffeinated drinks
or fatty foods or
and this even goes on with some finances
a little bit you know maybe you eat out
a lot and particularly maybe eat out and
eat some really crappy food
and you can do a win-win if you don't
eat out as much you have some healthier
meals that you prepare at home and you
uh save some money there but also then
you're eating healthier
so maybe look at diet food that's and
that may be a planning thing where you
say hey i'm i'm gonna start
setting aside an hour every evening
that's going to be to cook and consume
you know a nice meal as opposed to
running over to mcdonald's or something
like that
maybe there's some sports or activities
like that that it's it's time for you to
you know do that to add a little bit of
accountability to your desire to get out
there and
you know be active
it's one thing to say i'm going to walk
every day it's another if you join a
i don't know baseball team or soccer
team or something like that
where they're you know they have games
on a regular basis saying okay hey we're
expecting to be at the game get out
there and exercise and maybe with that
too you don't want to you know stink it
up when you're playing that game so
that is additional motivation for you to
do
other exercise outside of the sport you
know whether it's weight lifting or
cardio or something like that
and then there's mental health and
stress
as you
are doing sort of your annual
retrospective
there may be some things that you're
you're looking back where you're like
that was a you know that was a rough
haul that was
a b and c happen and i was just
depressed or exhausted or just spread
too thin
and maybe it's things like i'm just i
don't take breaks enough during the day
it could be very simple things
where take a look at those and see if
there's some adjustments that you can
make where
you maybe say okay out of you know maybe
i do like a pomodoro technique where
i'm going to spend 10 minutes
i don't know
staring out the window or
go for a you know just to walk around
the you know the building the house
wherever i'm at just something to get
away from work for a little bit as a
stress reducer on a regular basis
maybe you just don't have enough fun
maybe you have filled your schedule with
work so much that it's time to go back
and say all right i need to take you
know a half hour a day
for my own mental health and do
something that's just fun or i need to
make sure that i take
you know saturdays
i'm not working that i'm doing other
stuff i'm not using it as a spillover
day
and all these things are great to do now
in these times where it's a little less
hectic
because
they're a great time to start it those
are the times where you can say okay
i'm gonna i want to get the momentum of
doing this thing and i have less
distractions to you know be that excuse
to say okay today i'll just pass and
i'll catch up on it tomorrow
finances
one of the things that
you know we have is we have bills
and maybe you made some major purchases
you know in the last year the year
before
something like that
so these are some things that it makes
sense as we're getting near the end of
the year maybe you've got a bonus or
things of that nature
where there's some things that's worth
paying them down or paying them off or
maybe as you're looking into the year
ahead you say you look at what your
your trajectory is
and set yourself up to say hey you know
i can if i do a little bit more if i
make a little bit of adjustments here i
could make a a nice either
you know do a sizable payoff pay down of
this thing or maybe i can pay paid off
you know maybe i can if i throw an extra
10 bucks a month at this bill it can be
you know paid off by the end of the year
instead of having to take it into the
year ahead
maybe there's some year-end giving and
contributions that you want to make if
you've got some some extra money that
doesn't necessarily need to go to pay
down debt or something maybe this is
time to
to give to that charity that you've
always said you're going to give to or
uh you know donate things like you know
if you're cleaning stuff out you know
maybe there's some things that you can
go ahead and get those donations in so
you can cover it for the tax year and
get the extra bonus of not only feeling
good for giving something but also you
know get a little tax bonus when that
comes around so you've got a little less
of a burden
uh there's again some amazing some gift
planning and reviews that you need to do
uh you know there's some things for the
year ahead that
you know maybe this year you got stuck
last minute buying christmas gifts and
or holiday gifts of whatever sort and
having to wrap them and do all that kind
of stuff maybe there's if you're looking
you're behind
you know maybe there's some birthday
gifts that you missed or things like
that
maybe you know this is not a bad time to
look at the year ahead and say okay
these are the things that i wanted to do
that i didn't do
i need to you know schedule them or plan
or something so that i don't fall into
that trap again
or maybe i just you know i've got that
hard to
hard to buy for a person
and i know they're you know maybe
their birthday's coming up in june
but i need to sort of look you know
start thinking about what i'm going to
get for them now so i don't end up in
june scrambling and trying to get on you
know
some random thing because
i just wasn't thinking about it
sometimes it helps to just you know
occasionally
in a mental site sense pull something
off the shelf examine it for a little
bit and then you can put it back because
you know there's those gift ideas will
pop up as you're
surfing the internet through the next
six months
also are there
vacations that you you know bigger plans
that you want to have for the year ahead
and you want to have some destination
vacation or something where you need to
you know maybe make some reservations
or
maybe it makes sense to start saving for
that now
and and putting some money aside so that
you're not
financially crunched and then stressing
when you go on that vacation as opposed
to enjoying the time and making the most
of it
so focus on more on the looking ahead
what are you know this year that's
that's coming up
what do we want to do look at what we've
done this year
what are some of the major goals and
next steps that we've got and again in
all these areas whether it's
you know career business whether it's
financial whether it's personal whether
it's health
it goes back to the concept we mentioned
early on with the business is there some
prep work that needs to be
done
are there
people i need to notify are the
relationships i need to begin are there
subscriptions i need to start is there
money i need to start putting aside is
there
are there habits that i need to start
building though
if it's a health thing maybe it's i need
to go
talk to a doctor first before i launch
into this thing that i want to do to
make sure that it's that's healthy that
it's not something that's going to be an
issue
particularly let's say i want to go i
want to lose
100 pounds in the year ahead
and i'm going to do it through some sort
of you know massive diet and health
thing that's that's pretty substantial
so maybe it is something you want to
talk to a doctor or an expert of some
sort to say
yeah you can do that or
no you need to adjust your your goals
with some of these things are there
appointments or
communication that needs to go out
if you want to go this goes back like if
you want a vacation you need to
go ahead and reserve the hotel rooms or
or tickets or spots
are there
appointments that you need to schedule
to prepare for
like the the classic would be if you're
gonna go on a beach vacation you know
maybe you're somebody that wants to
schedule some tanning appointments or
weight loss appointments before
uh are there
like
for example weddings or graduations that
are coming up
that you need to
uh i don't know schedule you know get a
hair appointment in
or order some
some thank you cards or
cards of various sorts for that thing or
maybe a suit that you need to
you need to rent or clothes you need to
buy
and things like that
is what is it that i want to do i've got
these goals and these next steps i want
to take
are some of these going to require some
some groundwork beforehand
are there
in a similar sense are there some
prerequisites that i need to look at
a certification be a good example i want
to if i want to get a certain type of
certification it may be that i have to
maybe have to take a certain class or i
have some other tests that i need to
pass before i can even take that
certification
it's sort of like if you're working on
degree
if i want to have you know the
the final couple of classes there are
probably some other classes i have to
take before i can even take those so
maybe there's some pre-steps that i need
to take some prerequisites that i need
to address before i can dive into those
those major goals and take those next
steps
and with all of this
i think it's important to look at where
can you find some help as far as
accountability is concerned if these are
some things particularly looking the
year back or
years that have gone by
are there things that you
keep seeing that you want to do but you
just
when push comes to shove you don't get
them done you know things get pushed
aside that they get pushed back they get
shifted to the next week or the next
month or the next quarter or the next
year
are there some changes that you need to
make are there
people that you want to tell about it
you know not to be self-serving but it
does your mentor mastermind group need
to know about it
so that and maybe be told that hey keep
beating the drum on this for me to help
me
be motivated enough to get it done or to
be accountable enough that i'm like oh
crud i need to get this done or make
progress on it
so that i i don't feel ashamed
essentially when people say hey how's
that going and i say uh
so maybe there's some accountability
that you need to put in place uh look at
the things where you've you've been
challenged or failed in the past
and are there some adjustments you can
make to help
drive you forward and make it successful
this time around
looking ahead are there
ways that you need to invest in the
future that makes sense today
for example we're talking about you look
at um
tax implications and stuff like that
are there and maybe even just where your
finances are at are there or
gosh looking at you know interest rates
and how markets are doing and things
like that
there may be some expenses that it's it
makes more sense to take those on now
than it does in three months or six
months
are there some things that
uh for example are there products that
or services that you want to buy
or need to buy but because it's maybe
it's a year in sale and you can go get
those cheaper now than you can
three or four months from now
we've already missed black friday but
sometimes that's a great deal because
everybody has deals at that time there
may be subscriptions and things like
that that you want to have in your head
and it's better to do it now because
there are deals and sales going on than
if you do it three or four months
and maybe you don't want it
maybe it's going to be more costly
overall to start it now versus start it
later but maybe not
for example maybe there's uh you know
food or related dry goods that last
forever
that or close enough to it that you know
it makes sense to go ahead and make
those purchases now even though you're
not going to need them for three months
but because it's not gonna it's not like
they're gonna be you know useless in
three months you've just you know looked
at those expenses earlier
when you look at some of your goals and
things you want to do is there
some sort of savings or payment plan or
something that you need to look at
to
get yourself in position for that
maybe you bailed on a vacation this last
year because when you got to the point
where you needed to
pay for some of it you didn't have the
money
so you know maybe the year ahead you say
all right i need to set aside x amount
of dollars you know a week a month or
whatever
so that i don't run into that again so i
have that money set aside
similar to the expenses you should book
this year are there maybe some cost
saving opportunities to take advantage
of a good example is your
your cell phone and your cable
bills and contracts
a lot of those things change from you
know time to time and throughout the
year and so maybe now is a good time to
examine some of those things and maybe
do some
maybe there's some bundling you can do
or some new
uh
services and plans that have become
available that you can take advantage of
and reduce some of your your monthly
regular costs make some adjustments to
your budget some things that maybe you
you can stop doing or you don't need
anymore
that you can reduce some of your costs
and then are there
other career steps that you need to
start taking we we talk about the career
roadmap but maybe there have been some
challenges in the year
that's just gone by maybe you applied
for a position and didn't get it and
have some specifics about it that you
say okay here are some needs
so that the next time that opportunity
comes up i will have those you know be
able to check those boxes off or i'll
have that experience or those skills
so that i am a you know a better fit for
it
and it could be certifications it may be
working on a degree
it may be um you know certain
experiences that you need to have so
maybe you need to search out a certain
type of work
uh maybe even volunteer doing something
so that you can say yes i've you know
i've done that i have some experience
now
so there's some things that maybe were
you know blockers of some sort
that
and maybe even now maybe it's something
in the next couple of weeks is where
we're getting into the year that you can
take some steps that will put you in a
better position in the future to to win
that
win that position or when that that job
or that contract
you

60

that may seem a little morbid but

63.039

unfortunately it's part of the truth

65.519

so maybe in the year and maybe you've

67.04

put on weight in the last year

68.159

particularly

69.6

there's a lot of people that gain covet

71.119

weight if you look about the last couple

73.04

years in specific

74.479

because people were you know sitting

75.6

77.84

maybe it's time to make some changes

80.24

so maybe you decide that it's time to do

83.04

you know maybe some some regular sit-ups

84.799

or push-ups or join a gym

87.119

or

88

you know go for a walk or a run or swim

90.72

or

92.24

things like that

94

to get your you know get the blood

95.759

flowing get some endorphins running get

98.479

your body just feeling a little bit

100.96

better

102.079

another way a big impact on that stuff

104.56

is diet and food maybe

106.64

now's the time to look at things like

108.399

how much

109.439

sugar you consume or caffeinated drinks

111.84

or fatty foods or

114.479

and this even goes on with some finances

116.159

a little bit you know maybe you eat out

117.439

a lot and particularly maybe eat out and

119.36

eat some really crappy food

121.52

and you can do a win-win if you don't

124.32

eat out as much you have some healthier

126.32

128.64

131.12

you're eating healthier

133.28

so maybe look at diet food that's and

135.36

that may be a planning thing where you

136.56

say hey i'm i'm gonna start

139.76

setting aside an hour every evening

142.16

that's going to be to cook and consume

144.64

you know a nice meal as opposed to

146.72

running over to mcdonald's or something

148.64

like that

150.239

maybe there's some sports or activities

152.239

like that that it's it's time for you to

154.879

you know do that to add a little bit of

158.08

accountability to your desire to get out

159.92

there and

161.2

you know be active

163.12

it's one thing to say i'm going to walk

164.4

every day it's another if you join a

167.2

i don't know baseball team or soccer

169.599

171.68

where they're you know they have games

173.28

175.36

177.04

195.28

there may be some things that you're

201.12

202.48

206.159

208.879

212.799

215.36

216.879

218.72

220.72

222.48

there's some adjustments that you can

223.92

225.12

273.04

274.32

they're a great time to start it those

275.759

278.96

281.04

283.52

286.08

288.08

i'll catch up on it tomorrow

296.24

finances

298.24

one of the things that

299.68

you know we have is we have bills

302.24

and maybe you made some major purchases

304.08

you know in the last year the year

305.44

before

306.479

something like that

307.68

so these are some things that it makes

308.96

sense as we're getting near the end of

310.24

the year maybe you've got a bonus or

313.12

things of that nature

315.12

where there's some things that's worth

316.639

paying them down or paying them off or

318.8

maybe as you're looking into the year

319.84

ahead you say you look at what your

323.28

your trajectory is

325.919

and set yourself up to say hey you know

327.6

i can if i do a little bit more if i

329.36

make a little bit of adjustments here i

330.639

could make a a nice either

333.199

you know do a sizable payoff pay down of

335.919

this thing or maybe i can pay paid off

338.32

you know maybe i can if i throw an extra

340.4

10 bucks a month at this bill it can be

343.12

you know paid off by the end of the year

344.479

instead of having to take it into the

346.639

year ahead

348.96

maybe there's some year-end giving and

350.32

contributions that you want to make if

352

you've got some some extra money that

355.12

doesn't necessarily need to go to pay

356.56

down debt or something maybe this is

358.08

time to

359.039

to give to that charity that you've

360.639

always said you're going to give to or

363.039

uh you know donate things like you know

365.199

if you're cleaning stuff out you know

366.56

maybe there's some things that you can

367.759

go ahead and get those donations in so

369.36

you can cover it for the tax year and

371.52

get the extra bonus of not only feeling

373.6

good for giving something but also you

376.479

know get a little tax bonus when that

378.08

comes around so you've got a little less

380

of a burden

382.72

uh there's again some amazing some gift

384.96

planning and reviews that you need to do

387.44

uh you know there's some things for the

388.96

year ahead that

390.24

you know maybe this year you got stuck

392.56

last minute buying christmas gifts and

395.919

or holiday gifts of whatever sort and

398.16

having to wrap them and do all that kind

399.919

of stuff maybe there's if you're looking

401.52

you're behind

402.8

you know maybe there's some birthday

403.84

gifts that you missed or things like

405.36

that

407.039

maybe you know this is not a bad time to

408.56

look at the year ahead and say okay

411.28

these are the things that i wanted to do

412.72

that i didn't do

414

i need to you know schedule them or plan

416.639

or something so that i don't fall into

418.4

that trap again

420.08

or maybe i just you know i've got that

422

hard to

423.759

hard to buy for a person

425.84

and i know they're you know maybe

428.319

their birthday's coming up in june

430.4

but i need to sort of look you know

432.4

start thinking about what i'm going to

433.36

get for them now so i don't end up in

435.44

june scrambling and trying to get on you

437.759

know

438.56

some random thing because

440.8

i just wasn't thinking about it

443.199

sometimes it helps to just you know

444.639

occasionally

446.319

in a mental site sense pull something

448.88

off the shelf examine it for a little

450.479

bit and then you can put it back because

452.08

you know there's those gift ideas will

453.919

pop up as you're

455.36

surfing the internet through the next

457.28

six months

459.36

also are there

461.12

vacations that you you know bigger plans

463.28

that you want to have for the year ahead

464.639

and you want to have some destination

466.479

vacation or something where you need to

468.319

you know maybe make some reservations

471.12

or

471.919

maybe it makes sense to start saving for

473.68

that now

475.199

and and putting some money aside so that

477.28

you're not

478.8

financially crunched and then stressing

480.879

when you go on that vacation as opposed

482.8

to enjoying the time and making the most

485.599

of it

489.599

so focus on more on the looking ahead

492.8

what are you know this year that's

494.72

that's coming up

498.4

what do we want to do look at what we've

500.24

done this year

501.84

what are some of the major goals and

503.28

next steps that we've got and again in

505.599

all these areas whether it's

507.44

you know career business whether it's

509.28

financial whether it's personal whether

511.68

it's health

514.159

it goes back to the concept we mentioned

516.479

early on with the business is there some

517.76

prep work that needs to be

519.76

done

520.64

are there

521.839

people i need to notify are the

523.36

relationships i need to begin are there

525.2

subscriptions i need to start is there

527.44

money i need to start putting aside is

529.44

there

530.56

are there habits that i need to start

532.839

building though

535.279

if it's a health thing maybe it's i need

537.04

to go

538.32

talk to a doctor first before i launch

540.8

into this thing that i want to do to

542.32

make sure that it's that's healthy that

544

it's not something that's going to be an

545.44

issue

546.32

particularly let's say i want to go i

548.48

want to lose

549.6

100 pounds in the year ahead

551.839

and i'm going to do it through some sort

553.44

of you know massive diet and health

556.16

thing that's that's pretty substantial

558.24

so maybe it is something you want to

559.44

talk to a doctor or an expert of some

561.519

sort to say

562.959

yeah you can do that or

564.64

no you need to adjust your your goals

569.04

with some of these things are there

571.6

appointments or

574.8

communication that needs to go out

577.2

if you want to go this goes back like if

579.2

you want a vacation you need to

581.92

go ahead and reserve the hotel rooms or

584.399

or tickets or spots

586.959

are there

588

appointments that you need to schedule

589.839

to prepare for

591.519

like the the classic would be if you're

593.519

gonna go on a beach vacation you know

595.2

maybe you're somebody that wants to

596.959

schedule some tanning appointments or

598.8

weight loss appointments before

601.2

uh are there

602.48

like

603.279

for example weddings or graduations that

606.24

are coming up

608

that you need to

609.76

uh i don't know schedule you know get a

611.44

hair appointment in

612.88

or order some

614.56

some thank you cards or

617.12

cards of various sorts for that thing or

620.32

maybe a suit that you need to

622.56

you need to rent or clothes you need to

624.24

buy

625.2

and things like that

627.68

is what is it that i want to do i've got

630.16

these goals and these next steps i want

632

to take

633.2

are some of these going to require some

634.88

some groundwork beforehand

637.519

are there

638.64

in a similar sense are there some

639.76

prerequisites that i need to look at

643.2

a certification be a good example i want

645.279

to if i want to get a certain type of

647.44

certification it may be that i have to

650.16

maybe have to take a certain class or i

652.8

have some other tests that i need to

655.04

pass before i can even take that

657.279

certification

659.04

it's sort of like if you're working on

660.399

degree

661.68

if i want to have you know the

664.079

the final couple of classes there are

665.839

probably some other classes i have to

667.2

take before i can even take those so

669.279

maybe there's some pre-steps that i need

671.36

to take some prerequisites that i need

672.959

to address before i can dive into those

676.16

those major goals and take those next

678.079

steps

679.68

and with all of this

681.279

i think it's important to look at where

684.16

can you find some help as far as

686

accountability is concerned if these are

688.64

some things particularly looking the

690.16

year back or

691.44

years that have gone by

694.16

are there things that you

696.72

keep seeing that you want to do but you

699.04

just

699.76

when push comes to shove you don't get

701.12

them done you know things get pushed

702.88

aside that they get pushed back they get

704.8

shifted to the next week or the next

706.88

month or the next quarter or the next

709.2

year

710.959

are there some changes that you need to

712.32

make are there

713.6

people that you want to tell about it

716.16

you know not to be self-serving but it

718.24

does your mentor mastermind group need

720.48

to know about it

722.24

so that and maybe be told that hey keep

724.959

beating the drum on this for me to help

726.959

me

728.48

be motivated enough to get it done or to

730.399

be accountable enough that i'm like oh

732.72

crud i need to get this done or make

734.88

progress on it

736.72

so that i i don't feel ashamed

738.959

essentially when people say hey how's

740.56

that going and i say uh

744.079

so maybe there's some accountability

745.44

that you need to put in place uh look at

748.24

the things where you've you've been

750.079

challenged or failed in the past

752.32

and are there some adjustments you can

754.399

make to help

756.24

drive you forward and make it successful

758.56

this time around

762.959

looking ahead are there

765.04

ways that you need to invest in the

767.04

future that makes sense today

770.639

for example we're talking about you look

772.32

at um

773.519

tax implications and stuff like that

776.32

are there and maybe even just where your

777.839

finances are at are there or

780.56

gosh looking at you know interest rates

782.639

and how markets are doing and things

784.399

like that

785.36

there may be some expenses that it's it

787.12

makes more sense to take those on now

789.36

than it does in three months or six

791.2

months

792.72

are there some things that

794.56

uh for example are there products that

796.72

or services that you want to buy

799.68

or need to buy but because it's maybe

801.92

it's a year in sale and you can go get

804.24

those cheaper now than you can

806.88

three or four months from now

808.56

we've already missed black friday but

809.92

sometimes that's a great deal because

812.24

everybody has deals at that time there

814.959

may be subscriptions and things like

816.56

that that you want to have in your head

818.959

and it's better to do it now because

820.88

there are deals and sales going on than

823.36

if you do it three or four months

826.079

and maybe you don't want it

828

maybe it's going to be more costly

829.36

overall to start it now versus start it

831.6

later but maybe not

833.92

for example maybe there's uh you know

836.32

food or related dry goods that last

839.279

forever

840.639

that or close enough to it that you know

843.04

it makes sense to go ahead and make

844.399

those purchases now even though you're

845.92

not going to need them for three months

847.519

but because it's not gonna it's not like

850

they're gonna be you know useless in

851.76

three months you've just you know looked

853.68

at those expenses earlier

857.199

when you look at some of your goals and

858.399

things you want to do is there

860.32

some sort of savings or payment plan or

862.48

something that you need to look at

864.72

to

865.839

get yourself in position for that

868.079

maybe you bailed on a vacation this last

870.079

year because when you got to the point

872.399

where you needed to

874.079

pay for some of it you didn't have the

875.199

money

876.399

so you know maybe the year ahead you say

878.16

all right i need to set aside x amount

880.399

of dollars you know a week a month or

882.32

whatever

883.36

so that i don't run into that again so i

885.279

have that money set aside

888.24

similar to the expenses you should book

889.68

this year are there maybe some cost

891.6

saving opportunities to take advantage

893.199

of a good example is your

896.399

your cell phone and your cable

899.279

bills and contracts

901.12

a lot of those things change from you

903.12

know time to time and throughout the

904.88

year and so maybe now is a good time to

907.12

examine some of those things and maybe

909.279

do some

910.32

maybe there's some bundling you can do

912.24

or some new

914

uh

914.88

services and plans that have become

916.56

available that you can take advantage of

918.959

and reduce some of your your monthly

922.32

regular costs make some adjustments to

924.72

your budget some things that maybe you

926.399

you can stop doing or you don't need

928.399

anymore

929.68

that you can reduce some of your costs

934.079

and then are there

935.68

other career steps that you need to

937.519

start taking we we talk about the career

939.44

roadmap but maybe there have been some

941.12

challenges in the year

943.36

that's just gone by maybe you applied

944.959

for a position and didn't get it and

947.279

have some specifics about it that you

949.04

say okay here are some needs

951.519

so that the next time that opportunity

953.44

comes up i will have those you know be

955.519

able to check those boxes off or i'll

957.04

have that experience or those skills

959.519

so that i am a you know a better fit for

961.6

it

962.399

and it could be certifications it may be

964.56

working on a degree

966.16

it may be um you know certain

969.199

experiences that you need to have so

970.639

maybe you need to search out a certain

972.56

type of work

973.92

uh maybe even volunteer doing something

976

so that you can say yes i've you know

977.6

i've done that i have some experience

979.519

now

980.56

so there's some things that maybe were

982

you know blockers of some sort

984.24

that

985.92

and maybe even now maybe it's something

987.6

in the next couple of weeks is where

989.44

we're getting into the year that you can

991.04

take some steps that will put you in a

993.279

better position in the future to to win

995.519

that

996.56

win that position or when that that job

998.48

or that contract

1015.759

you
