It was a little different for me as we looked into the similarities in creating processes and how to use those to find templates and better ways to create them. There are also common mistakes we make that can be avoided by considering the key aspects of any good process.

He holds an MBA from the University of Richmond, a B.A. from the University of Virginia, and certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, Change Management, and Project Management.
